SUMMARY:Cultural Sites: Open Palaces - Baiocco Hall
DESCRIPTION:Thanks to a collaboration with the L’Aquila Young Association\, one of L’Aquila’s iconic venues from the Belle Époque is reopening for a preview. Beneath the vaults frescoed by Patini and his students\, the social elite of early 20th-century Abruzzo would gather: nobles\, artists\, the bourgeoisie\, and intellectuals—and among them\, one might even have encountered the poet Gabriele D’Annunzio. The venue is reopening to the public to mark L’Aquila’s designation as the Italian Capital of Culture.
