Students from the Academy of Fine Arts will lead a tour of the exhibition “The Most Beautiful Spring: Paths, Visions, and Practices of the itARTS Project”
The building originated from the union and transformation of the medieval homes of the Gaglioffi family, later renovated into a magnificent architectural complex by the Benedetti family, where the coexistence of ancient medieval structures and the numerous splendid reception rooms can still be seen today. The history of L’Aquila between the 19th and 20th centuries saw the palace as one of its catalysts, thanks in part to the Masonic temple that was long housed in its extraordinary frescoed hall.
