SITO UFFICIALE

L’Aquila’s designation as the 2026 Italian Capital of Culture is an achievement that belongs to the entire country, but its realization is made possible by the trust and concrete commitment of those who have chosen to invest in the future. The Support Committee represents a strong alliance between the city’s strategic vision and the business, institutional, and cultural entities that share our vision.

They are not merely partners, but architects of change who, through their valuable contributions, fuel the engine of innovation, sustainability, and urban regeneration. In February 2026, at the initiative of the following Founding Promoting Members:

  • Municipality of L’Aquila;
  • Cassa di Risparmio della Provincia dell’Aquila Foundation;
  • ANCE Association of L’Aquila.

Pursuant to Articles 39 et seq. of the Civil Code, a committee has been established to provide supplementary support for the achievement of the objectives and the implementation of the program related to the designation of the city of L’Aquila as the 2026 Italian Capital of Culture, named:

“Coordination for L’Aquila 2026 – Multiverse City.”
