As part of CostellAzioni – Festival of L’Aquila’s Identities, the program for L’Aquila 2026, Italian Capital of Culture, brings the following performance to Torretta Stories from Far Away, a production by TeatroVagante featuring Sara Gagliarducci and Valentina Nibid.

Stories that travel through time and across cultures, voices, and distant imaginations to resonate in the heart of one of the hamlets in the L’Aquila area: a performance that uses oral storytelling as a bridge between community and memory, between local identity and global horizons. The event is part of the CostellAzioni initiative, which brings the L’Aquila 2026 program directly to the hamlets and places that make up the most authentic identity of the capital of Abruzzo.
