The “Concerts for the Emperor” series continues with “La Cetra d’Asburgo,” featuring a performance dedicated to the great 18th-century violin tradition. The concert, titled “The Art of the Bow,” places the violin at the center as the undisputed star, celebrating its virtuosity and expressiveness.

The star of the evening will be Federico Guglielmo, violin soloist and conductor, who will lead the ensemble in a program entirely dedicated to the music of Antonio Vivaldi. The selected pieces offer a vivid portrait of Vivaldi’s style, characterized by rhythmic energy, melodiousness, and refined instrumental writing.
