Music as an expression of hospitality and beauty comes to the Santa Maria della Pace Nursing Home in Fontecchio with the fourth cycle of Recovery Sound Art. As part of the initiatives included in the “L’Aquila 2026” dossier, the Istituzione Sinfonica Abruzzese presents a musical journey that rediscovers the cultural identity of the region. Soprano Manuela Formichella and pianist Emilia Di Pasquale will perform a repertoire ranging from salon romances to the modern sensibilities of Respighi and Di Jorio. Special attention will be given to pieces set to verses by Gabriele D’Annunzio, celebrating the deep connection between music and Abruzzese literature.
