The Recovery Sound Art project, sponsored by the Istituzione Sinfonica Abruzzese for L’Aquila, Italian Capital of Culture 2026, kicks off its final series at the RSA Villa Dorotea in Scoppito. The event features the duo of pianist Emilia Di Pasquale and soprano Manuela Formichella, with the participation of speaker Grazia Pezzopane. The program, titled “Terra di mezzo,” is a refined tribute to Abruzzo composers who have successfully blended the legacy of the Neapolitan school with influences from the Marche region. Through the music of Tosti, Braga, and Zimarino, music becomes a tool for connection and well-being, bringing artistic excellence to care facilities for a barrier-free experience of cultural sharing.
