As part of the program for L’Aquila 2026, Italian Capital of Culture, the event “99 Songs” —organizedby the Euterpe Music Association —closes out its summer lineup with “Boleros”: a musical journey into the heart of Latin American song, where passion, poetry, and refined interpretation come together in a timeless repertoire.

Rosa Dominguez’s voice, Marcelo Nisinman’s bandoneon, Maurizio Grandinetti’s guitar, and Roberto Koch ’s double bass come together to create a concert that spans the great bolero classics and lesser-known pieces from the Hispanic-American tradition. An intense and elegant tribute to a genre capable of expressing love, nostalgia, and desire with an expressive power that remains universal to this day.
